What is GCI?

Global Competition and Innovation (GCI) is an investment approach that leverages market mechanisms to support the growth of assets and technologies of strategic importance to national security and global stability. The Council aims to strengthen international rules-based order by boosting strategic capabilities, sharpening collective insights, and developing novel financial tools to de-risk and accelerate capital flows.
